Your child might have worries about returning to school. You can explore these and help them think of ways to manage their emotions using our activities.

"Hope allows people to approach problems with a mindset and strategy-set suitable to success, thereby increasing the chances they will actually accomplish their goals”

— Scott Barry Kaufman

What we do

A Ray of Hope provides a listening ear.  We offer free talking therapy sessions for young people aged 5 to 18. This aims to strengthen their emotional and mental well-being. Our services aim to boost children and young people’s self-esteem as they recognize their potential, which enables them to be in a better position to deal with the ups and downs of life

“Hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality”

— Jonas Salk
